From one-man business to professional metal trading

Metaalhandel Ketting started in 1959 as a modest one-man business collecting old metals in the village of Pernis. In the years that followed, our company grew into a small family business. In the difficult 1980s, we moved to an industrial estate, where we were able to grow into our current professional metal business.

History shows that traditional craftsmanship and skill are deeply rooted in our company. However, surviving in the rapidly becoming more professional metal recycling industry requires more. Keeping abreast of developments, using advanced equipment to treat scrap metal and paying continuous attention to the environment during storage and processing are a necessity for our company and our customers.
